Our Story
Greek Streak's story begins in 1986 in Price, when Katherine and George Gianoulis opened a small, family-run restaurant rooted in authentic Greek tradition.

Katherine, originally from Crete, Greece, learned to cook alongside her mother-developing the flavors and techniques that would become the foundation of Greek Streak. From the beginning, the restaurant was built on a simple idea: serve real food, made right, every time.

The name "Greek Streak" itself came from their son, Tony, whose speed and athleticism earned him the nickname that would later define the restaurant.

In 1988, Loretta Sandoval joined the restaurant as a teenager. Through years of dedication and hard work, she took ownership in 2000, continuing the same traditions and quality that made Greek Streak a local staple.

In 2016, her son Mario brought that same legacy to Logan, opening Greek Streak 2 after recognizing the community's love for bold, fresh food.

From Price to Logan, Greek Streak remains a family story-built on tradition, carried forward through hard work and shared with all those who visit.

Family owned. Tradition driven. Built on consistency.
